Support and coordinate in the following areas:Support Transition\nNew services and products onboarding\nBug fix\n• Enhancements\nSet-up, configuration, and day to day administration of the SNOW platform\nIncluding upgrades and regular patch deployments\nBug fix and proactive performance improvement initiatives for Platform.\nSystem reliability and platform health\nGood understanding of ServiceNow architecture\nExperienced in customization for Catalogue and all ITSM modules.\nExperienced with creating ITSM/ITOM Reporting dashboards.\n\nProactive monitoring and ensuring security compliance, user access controls.\nBuilding/Reviewing/Maintaining technical design documents, Operation Manuals.\nCode review and deployment, update sets creation.
