AIA is a pan-Asian life insurance group founded in Shanghai in 1919 that operated for decades as the Asian arm of the American insurer AIG before being separated and listed in Hong Kong in 2010. It sells life, health, accident and savings products across eighteen markets in Asia Pacific, distributing largely through a tied agency force of hundreds of thousands of agents rather than brokers, which gives it unusual control over sales quality and customer relationships. Headquartered in Hong Kong and reporting in United States dollars, it is one of the largest listed life insurers in the world by market value.

  • You may also have experience using HR systems such as Workday and supporting data reporting, audits or people metrics.
  • It is great if you have a qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline and an interest in growing your employment relations expertise.
