The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey-both directly and indirectly.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nBusiness Strategy & Performance Management (50%) \nAnalyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.\nSupport strategic planning, business forecasting, and KPI tracking.\nDrive implementation of corporate initiatives and business solutions.\nCoordinate stakeholders and subject matter experts to achieve business objectives.\nPromote digital and AI solutions to enhance business efficiency.\nAgency Development & Business Support (40%) \nConduct business analysis and prepare presentations, management reports to support strategic decision-making.\nDrive our key initiatives to experience and new agents including presentation at new agent training programme. \nPropose ideas for effective promotion and business engagement.\nSupport departmental events & meetings.\nGovernance & Quality Assurance (10%)\nMonitor business quality and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify business risks and recommend improvement actions to support sustainable business performance.\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nDegree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business planning, performance management, agency development, sales support, or a related field.
