Because we want to be even better equipped to develop digital solutions and experiences that help more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nTo get there, we need people with tech/digital/analytics expertise and passion to help develop positive, sustainable change through digitally enhanced experiences that will impact the lives of millions of people and create a healthier future for everyone.\nIf you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.\nAbout the Role\nActs as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT vendors to translate business needs into effective solutions, ensuring clear requirements, documentation, and stakeholder sign-offs.Roles and Responsibilities:\nPartner with business stakeholders and management to ensure IT application architecture, systems, and solutions align with business objectives.\nLead application delivery, enhancement projects, product launches, testing, UAT, and production deployments while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and timelines.\nProvide application support, technical troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support, including BCP, DR, and BCM activities.\nMaintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, process flows, integration designs, and technical standards.\nSupport IT governance, risk management, audit compliance, security controls, data privacy, and technology policies.\nEnsure high availability, performance, capacity management, and reliability of critical business applications and infrastructure.\nIdentify risks, recommend mitigation actions, and proactively escalate issues requiring management attention.\nManage IT operations, service delivery, SLA compliance, outage reporting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead, mentor, develop, and allocate resources within the team, including identifying training needs and supporting career growth.\nManage vendor relationships and support staff augmentation, system maintenance, and operational requirements.\nOversee end-user support services, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to service standards.\nSupport senior management in strategic initiatives, operational decision-making, and technology governance.\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, computing, engineering, or related field\nMinimum 3 years of experiences in IT related with 2+ years of IT project coordination/delivery experience\nHas good domain knowledge of similar/related industry and has good knowledge/understanding in distribution and sales application\nHaving technical/development experience and hands on will be a plus\nExperience with both in-source and out-source model\nProblem solver / Go getter attitude\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\nGood decision making and conflict resolution skills\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
