Because we want to be even better equipped to develop digital solutions and experiences that help more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nTo get there, we need people with tech/digital/analytics expertise and passion to help develop positive, sustainable change through digitally enhanced experiences that will impact the lives of millions of people and create a healthier future for everyone.\nIf you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.\nAbout the Role\nResponsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that software meets specified standards and end user requirementsJob Responsibilities:\nDevelop clear and concise User Acceptance Test (UAT) Test Plans for digital projects and enhancements\n\nLiaise with stakeholders to ensure test environments and any specific UAT requirements are set up in readiness for test execution\n\nExecute testing and analyze test outputs for accuracy and completeness\n\nWork closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects\n\nReport UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues\n\nWork closely with stakeholders to facilitate UAT signoff by ensuring that all functionalities have been tested, defects have been identified and documented, impacts have been assessed, and resolutions provided\n\nReview and signoff User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan with stakeholders\n\nPrepare user guides and provide training to end users on the relevant enhancements\n\nJob Requirements:\nDegree: Degree Holder preferably in Business IT, Computer Science or a related discipline\n\nExperience: At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in Insurance Industry\n\nMeticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills in engaging key stakeholders\n\nDigitally-savvy with a passion for optimising digital experiences\n\nPositive attitude and willingness to share and learn\n\nAbility to work under pressure with minimal guidance and is a team player\n\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
