We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.\nIf you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior Manager, Cloud Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and delivering cloud operations capabilities across AIA’s enterprise Azure-based cloud platform.This role is accountable for end-to-end service reliability, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement, while leading a high-performing global operations team supporting 24/7 business-critical services.\nThe role combines technical depth, people leadership, cost optimization through operational efficiency, and strategic influence to enable secure, scalable, and resilient cloud services for Group Office and Local Business Units.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nLead and be accountable for 24/7 cloud operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality service delivery.\nLead, develop, and manage high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.\nEstablish and enforce technical standards and operational best practices in accordance with AIA Group requirements.\nEnsure cloud platform stability through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.\nManage operational risks and ensure service reliability, business continuity, and compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal requirements.\nLead the resolution of high-severity incidents, serving as the primary escalation point and technical authority.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to align operational priorities with organizational objectives.\nDrive operational and service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.\nManage service providers and vendors to ensure effective delivery of operational services and commitments.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
