The role will support Cloud and infrastructure Solution initiatives of AIA across the globe.Roles and Responsibilities:\nTechnical support and expertise in analyzing & defining the scope of business requirements in conjunction with technology landscape’s current capabilities and ensuring technical solutions are fit for purpose and will accomplish the business objectives.\nOwns the solution design, testing, implementation and transition of project builds to delivery/operations support.\nEngage all (cross-functional) technical resources required for an accurate solution design.\nProduce technical specifications and integration requirements for the solutions. And technical design documents to match the solution design specifications.\nDocument all deliverables and what constitutes a successful implementation of a solution.\nLead and execute architectural solutions (including project related proof of concepts), features and provide assessment report and recommendations to ensure they are viable.\nEnsure that solutions are agile, robust, cost-efficient and meet AIA business needs without compromising the quality.\nLead, prepare, justify and present to the related Company governing committees where applicable: Architecture Review Board (ARB), Technology Review Board (TRB), Sourcing Committee (SC), Change Assessment Board (CAB) for project related changes and enhancements.\nConduct research and make recommendations on infrastructure technology platforms & services. Act as technical lead on infrastructure related projects, scope of work, and negotiate with respective vendors.\nTogether with Information Security function, ensure effectiveness of infrastructure security.\nCollaboration framework with suppliers and partner organizations to offer solution leadership and design.\nContribute in technology selection, define & implement standard design patterns/templates.\nFamiliar with and a thorough understanding of the specific technologies, tools and assets used for Cloud infrastructure.\nFamiliar with methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, countermeasures and contingency arrangements relating to the serious disruption of IT services. Examples: resilience, security, fallback location/services, mobile back-up, diversity.\nProficient in products and/or Infrastructure services supplied by external suppliers.\nProficient in techniques for ensuring that full account is taken of users’ real and stated needs in the delivery of IT services.\nProficient in methods, techniques and tools for planning, organising, resourcing, directing, co-ordinating and monitoring ongoing IT delivery and discretionary/project activities.\nProficient in methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial conformance against an agreed plan.\nFamiliar with methods and techniques for negotiating contracts for the supply of IT products and services.\nProficient in the purpose and composition of a service level agreement (SLA); the relationship between an SLA and a contract for the supply of services.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
