Collaborates with technology teams, third-party vendors, Group and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and sustainable solutions while driving continuous improvements in engineering practices, application stability and delivery effectiveness.Roles and Responsibilities:\n30-50% - Application Management\nOwn end-to-end technical accountability for applications under assigned portfolio.\n\nManage application roadmap, technical debt and lifecycle activities.\n\nEnsure compliance with architecture, security, audit and SDLC requirements.\n\nLead root cause analysis and drive preventive actions for recurring issues.\n\nDrive continuous improvements in application stability, security, maintainability, operational efficiency and scalability.\n\n30-50% - Application Development\nLead technical design and solution reviews for all enhancements.\n\nPromote engineering practices including code review, automated testing, CI/CD and AI-Assisted Engineering.\n\nEnsure solutions meet performance, security and supportability requirements.\n\nDrive automation and engineering improvements to improve delivery quality and productivity.\n\n10% - Portfolio & Product Support\nAct as SME to provide technical consultation, effort estimation and solution recommendations.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Architects and stakeholders on solution design and delivery planning.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.\n\nSupport modernization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nProvide technical guidance during incidents, problem resolution and major changes.\n\nManage vendor technical deliverables, quality, risks and SLA compliance for assigned applications.\n\n10% - People Development & Mgmt\nCoach and mentor team members on technical and professional development.\n\nPromote engineering standards, best practices and knowledge sharing.\n\nGuide engineers and vendors to deliver quality solutions.\n\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.\n\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nMinimum 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead role.\n\nStrong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, .NET, Angular, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, relational databases and enterprise application integration.\n\nExperience with Azure cloud services, Azure solution architecture, cloud-native application architecture and integration patterns.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps and Git branching strategies.\n\nExperience with DevSecOps practices, automated testing and release automation.\n\nStrong understanding of application architecture, system integration, performance tuning and security best practices.\n\nExperience managing enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle.\n\nExperience in application modernization, technical debt management and cloud migration initiatives.\n\nExperience working with vendors and cross-functional technology teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience managing multiple enterprise applications and vendors is preferred.\n\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
