Then read on.\nAbout the Role\nImplement deal underwriting to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.Roles and Responsibilities:\nConduct market research on debt product issuance and investor need and feed back to sourcing underwriting staffs.\nAssist in due diligence & feasibility studies and support drafting relevant reports.\nEstablish and maintain close relationships with investors such as insurance companies, IAMCs, banks and pension funds to promote fundraising and facilitate product initiation.\nMonitor market evolution and regulatory requirement updates to assist in formulating issuance strategies.\nLiaise with investors during full life-cycle of product to coordinate post-investment events.\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nEducation: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university.\nExperience: At least 4-year experience of debt product issuance or sales in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions.\nProfessional Qualification: CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred.\nStrong communication, activity planning and interpersonal skills.\nAccountable, efficient, focused, good team player and able to work under pressure.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
