This role is pivotal in shaping our long-term vision, driving medium to short-term strategies, and ensuring alignment across all business units. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, strategic foresight, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.\nStrategic Planning & Execution:\nFormulate, review, and manage the company’s long-term, medium-term, and short-term strategies in collaboration with the President Director and Finance Director.\nDevelop and oversee the strategic planning process, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives and alignment with corporate objectives.\nLead strategic corporate actions and initiatives, monitoring business performance to provide actionable recommendations for course correction.\nBusiness Development & Innovation:\nIdentify growth opportunities and innovative business models by analyzing medium to long-term business trends, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.\nDrive the execution of new business models and strategic plans, providing leadership to cross-functional project teams.\nCoordinate inputs from major business units to integrate individual plans with the overarching corporate strategy.\nStakeholder Engagement & Communication:\nInfluence and align stakeholders, including senior management teams, to support the attainment of business strategy objectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and present data-driven insights and predictive models for financial and strategic decision-making.\nProvide the Board of Directors and Executive Committee with comprehensive insights from external environmental scans, encompassing economic, social, consumer behavior, and industry-specific trends.\nProject & Change Management:\nLead strategic projects to enhance the company’s competitiveness and meet stakeholder needs.\nEstablish governance processes and project management criteria, developing standardized tools to improve execution and benefit realization.\nOversee transformation initiatives, ensuring continuity by implementing strategy frameworks and managing change processes.\nCollaborate closely with the Strategic Transformation Office to ensure effective and timely implementation of key strategic priorities.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
