You will be involved in every stage of the solution lifecycle - from requirement collection to concept design, testing, acceptance sign-off, and training - playing a key role in delivering innovative solutions. Additionally, you will develop expertise in core vendor systems, manage configuration changes, and provide consultative guidance to business users on system capabilities.Roles and Responsibilities\nAct as the primary Business Analyst and Product Specialist for digital platforms and solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders, digital partners, and vendor engineering teams.\n\nPartner with solution vendors to review new features, provide actionable feedback, and influence enhancements that align with business objectives.\n\nFacilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, analyse processes, and identify pain points for improvement.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear, structured documentation by creating solution proposals, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories. Maintain strict version control and proactively coordinate updates across cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.\n\nApply strong analytical thinking to identify optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance and streamline processes.\n\nConfigure solution platforms by setting up workflows, rules, and integrations to meet business requirements. Execute production configuration changes while adhering to change management protocols to minimize risk.\n\nDrive end-to-end implementation of digital projects, from initiation through delivery, by coordinating technical activities, monitoring progress, and resolving issues promptly.\n\nValidate configurations against requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and future reference.\n\nDesign, execute, and manage detailed test cases covering functional and non-functional scenarios. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure solutions meet quality and business objectives while performing post-production verification.\n\nConsolidate and manage defect lists from digital partners and internal teams, ensuring all issues are accurately documented, tracked, and resolved within agreed timelines.\n\nCollaborate closely with vendor technical teams and digital partners during testing phases and conduct post-launch verification to confirm successful implementation and system stability.\n\nOrganize and facilitate quick meetings for urgent discussions, enabling timely decision-making and issue resolution.\n\nDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions to support user adoption and smooth transition to new systems.\n\nWork with IT Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance standards.\n\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relatedield.\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.\nHands-on experience supporting system implementation and collaborating with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.\nBasic understanding of system analysis and design principles.\nAbility to create wireframes or mock-ups to support user testing and solution design.\nResults oriented - able to identify the core of a problem, define what needs to be done and execute with the teams to deliver.\nAbility to build relationships in an international environment with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at different levels of the organization\nProficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.\nExposure to start-up environment or digital insurance business will be an added advantage.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
