The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey-both directly and indirectly.\nAdministration support to Underwriting Department:\nProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Underwriting Department, handling essential routine and daily tasks to ensure smooth office operations and maintain a high standard of underwriting service. Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the department.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nUnderwriting Administrative Support\nProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of the Underwriting Department, including handling complex payment refund processes with proper AML checks, preparing the monthly UNI reports, managing document scanning, processing UNI letters, coordinating requests for medical report copies, and performing a full range of administrative tasks. (70%)\nHandle premium financing, policy contract administration, AIA premium coupon processing and AFI case in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy. (10%)\n Provide support to the underwriting team by conducting land and company searches, and coordinating APS services with channels, hospitals and clinics. (10%)\nPerform ad-hoc administrative support for departmental projects, IA audits, and other assigned tasks. (10%)\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nDiploma or Associate Degree.
