Sitting within the Personalisation team, a fast-evolving and strategically important area of the Bank, you will help transform customer engagement through actionable insights, analytics-driven decision-making, and intelligent use of data.\nThis role is central to enabling synchronised, data-driven inbound and outbound communications, supported by advanced analytics and automation. You will work at the intersection of customer behaviour, technology, and strategy-helping AIB deliver more relevant, timely and meaningful customer interactions.\nAs a Senior Data Analyst you will contribute to the delivery of customer engagement analytics, supporting the Bank’s strategic, customer and sales objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and data governance standards.\nKey Accountabilities:\nAnalyse customer behaviour and context to identify and deploy the most appropriate engagement prompts across inbound and outbound contact channels.\nPartner with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver and optimise lead provision that supports proactive customer engagement.\nSupport the ongoing development of personalised customer journeys through analytics-driven insights and recommendations.\nIdentify and resolve complex contact-related analytical challenges, including data quality issues, technology gaps and anomalies.\nEnsure all analytics outputs adhere to AIB’s regulatory, compliance and data governance requirements.\nWhat you Will Bring:\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Javascript required.\nBachelor’s degree (2.2 or higher) in a numerate discipline such as Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Information Management, Physics, Statistics, Engineering or Econometrics, or an equivalent qualification combined with relevant experience. \nHave experience in Marketing Analytics teams delivering key strategic analytics projects in at least two of the following: (Customer Engagement, Personalisation, Next Best Action Modelling, A/B Testing, Recommender systems, Real time engagement, integration of analytics into delivery channels, Marketing Automation Technologies) \n3-4 years’ practical experience in analytics, ideally within Financial Services, Marketing or Customer Contact environments (experience in equivalent domains will also be considered).\nExperience creating, interpreting and presenting analytical outputs to business stakeholders.\nExperience and understanding of Marketing Analytics teams & Customer Engagement Channels (eg.
