responsibilities:\nReport to the Manager in Engineering Management and Project Engineering Manager when assigned to projects.\n\nEstablish and maintain project-specific document control systems and processes.\n\nManage the complete lifecycle of project documentation from creation to archiving for engineering and supplier documentation, including:\nDocument registration, distribution, and tracking.\n\nReview document submissions for compliance with project numbering, naming conventions, and revision controls.\n\nEnsure timely distribution of issued documents to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nVerification of document authorization and compliance with quality procedures.\n\nMaintenance of Master Deliverables Register.\n\nControl of document numbering and revision management.\n\nElectronic and hardcopy filing, archiving, and records management.\n\nGenerate document logs, transmittals, reports, and project documentation records.\n\nProvide document reproduction, scanning, filing, retrieval, and distribution support.\n\nCompile document packages, data books, and project handover documentation.\n\nPrepare weekly document control updates and participate in departmental/project meetings.\n\nEnsure document management activities are performed using systems such as ProArc or other EDMS platforms.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, quality objectives, and training activities.\n\nMaintain a safe, professional, and positive work environment.\n\nAdhere to company policies, code of conduct, and the highest standards of ethical behaviour.\n\nWork experience requirements:\n5 years of document control experience within the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.\n\nExperience supporting FEED, detailed engineering, EPC, EPCC, or FPSO projects is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with engineering documentation and industry standards\n\nQualifications:\nITE/Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nOther skills:\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\n\nHands-on experience, ProArc, or similar systems.\n\nUnderstanding of document numbering systems, revision control,
