Unethical behaviour shall not be tolerated\n\nWork experience requirements:\nAbout 7~10years experience in Skid Packages in the oil, gas, or petrochemical (OGP) industry, preferably with bulk of that experience in the Offshore OGP sector.\n\nHas experience with typical offshore mechanical/multi-disciplinary packages in the following categories (with nominal examples):\nStand Alone - pumps, scrubbers, separators, heat exchangers, etc.\n\nStandard Utility Packages – air compressors, R.O. water makers, etc.\n\nCustom Process Packages - flare tips, chemical injection, etc.\n\nThe Job Holder’s experience shall enable him to handle packages in Category B, and some Category C packages as well. Job Holder shall have all-round understanding of equipment types, system/process engineering and area/layout engineering.\n\nUnderstands technical requirements of other disciplines/departments, and able to challenge or modify other discipline technical expectations at the interfaces \n\nExperience in one or more of the following would be an advantage:\nSystem and area design knowledge of multi-disciplinary packages\n\nRelevant experience with a company that supplies skid package equipment\n\nExperience working with broad range of regulatory standards e.g., NCS, UKCS, Australian, Brazilian.\n\nConversant with oil & gas industry standards such as API, ISO, NORSOK, etc.\n\nQualifications:\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent\n\nOther skills:\nGood communicator, dependable and resourceful\n\nGood competency levels for collaborative work, in a manner that magnifies the efforts of others, in a multi-cultural environment\n\nContinuous self-learning to increase technical competence, and experience transfer including input to lessons learnt activities, training of junior engineers and peers \n\nOperate with High Competency Levels e.g., communicate effectively at all levels, teamwork.\n\nProvide input to performance appraisals for employees under job holder’s supervision\n\nAccepts all tasks of a lower level and, in concurrence with the superior, certain
