Be flexible to accommodate the changes in roles and responsibilities as needed, while working in a project.\n\nBe responsible for the technical correctness, quality and progress of the structural engineering scope and tasks assigned in a project and issue the structural deliverables as per project schedule\n\nBe familiar with and implement company work processes, procedures, and quality policy as appropriate on assigned areas of projects.\n\nWork experience requirements:\nMinimum 7 years of structural engineering experience in oil & gas industrial projects, including 3 years in upstream offshore developments with hands-on expertise in the analysis and design of FPSO topside modules using SACS.\n\nMust have experience in\nStructural analysis and calculations for design of primary, secondary, and tertiary steel structures of topsides modules using SACS software and spreadsheets\n\nProviding input to designers for modelling and structural detailing of topsides modules\n\nChecking of structural drawings and preparation of MTO\n\nReview of vendor drawings and multi-discipline interfaces\n\nExposure to international standards such as API and AISC for structural design of topsides modules is required.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering\n\nOther skills:\nExperience is developing spreadsheets using Excel and Mathcad is required.\n\nBasic navigation skills of 3D softwares like E3D and Navisworks is required.\n\nKnowledge in other structural analysis softwares like SESAM and Staad.Pro will be an added advantage\n\nA strong background in structural mechanics and structural behaviour of offshore structures\n\nGood inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work well with people at all levels in the
