Manufacturing\nLocation: Remote Lithuania\nStart Date: ASAP\nDuration: 6 months\nLanguage: English\nHourly rate: 30 -40 EUR/gross, B2B contract\nKey Responsibilities:\nHelp shape the client's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning sales, demand, supply, and inventory planning across a manufacturing business.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to assess current planning practices, identify gaps, and define planning requirements, KPIs, and reporting priorities.\nTranslate S&OP requirements into analytical data models and Power BI dashboards supporting demand and supply balancing, inventory visibility, and plan-versus-actual analysis.\nIdentify and integrate data from Dynamics 365 and other business systems into Microsoft Fabric, ensuring reliable and consistent planning inputs.\nCollaborate with the ERP implementation team to align analytics solutions with business processes and data structures introduced through the Dynamics 365 migration.\nValidate data and analytical outputs with business users, investigate discrepancies, and support solution adoption during regular S&OP reviews.\nDesign and develop analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.\nDevelop and optimize data processing solutions using Spark and SQL.\nContribute to Lakehouse and Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture implementation, including Medallion Architecture (Bronze Silver Gold).\nMust-Have Requirements:\nHands-on experience implementing or improving Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in a manufacturing environment, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, and alignment between sales and operations.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.\nExperience in D365 data analysis and data modeling.\nStrong knowledge of Spark and SQL.\nUnderstanding of Lakehouse, DWH concepts, and data modeling.\nExperience working with Medallion Architecture (Bronze Silver Gold).\nEU citizenship (preferably Lithuania).\n\nEnglish language proficiency at B2+
