You'll be the primary delivery point of contact for customers, work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Solutions teams, and make sure every engagement lands on scope, on schedule, and with measurable value. \nLocation: This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. \nHow you'll make an impact: \nLead multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects for enterprise customers, including planning, execution, risk management, and go-live \nAct as the primary customer-facing delivery lead: run kickoffs, steering committees, status reviews, and executive readouts \nTranslate customer requirements into clear project plans, work breakdowns, and technical tasks for cross-functional teams \nManage technical workstreams including data ingestion and migration, system integrations (APIs, GIS and enterprise systems), configuration, UAT, and deployment \nSupport pre-sales and scoping: contribute to effort estimates, SOWs, and change requests, and keep delivery within contracted scope \nTrack and report project health (schedule, budget, risks, dependencies) using JIRA and PS tooling; escalate early and propose options \nCoordinate with globally distributed delivery teams across US, India, and UK time zones \nPartner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption, value realization, and expansion \nContribute to delivery playbooks, templates, and process improvements that shorten time-to-value \nWhat we’re looking for: \nMinimum Qualifications\n8+ years in technical project management or professional services delivery, with at least 5 years as the primary customer-facing lead on enterprise implementations\nBackground in IT services, consulting, or SaaS professional services, delivering SaaS, data, or integration-heavy platforms for enterprise clients\nProven track record of running concurrent customer implementations with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones\nSolid technical foundation: comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), APIs and integrations, data migration, and the SDLC; able to engage credibly with engineers and customer IT teams\nHands-on with scoping, estimation, SOWs, and change requests; keeps delivery within contracted scope\nWorking command of Agile and Waterfall delivery; hands-on with JIRA and standard PM tools \nExperienced running kickoffs, steering committees, and executive readouts with customer stakeholders\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management \nAble to travel to customer locations up to 20-30% of the time\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing data-heavy or analytics SaaS platforms \nExperience with utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure customers \nExposure to geospatial/GIS data, remote sensing, or AI/ML-driven products \nPMP, CSM/PSM, or equivalent certification \nWhat this role is not\nNot an internal program management role: You’ll lead delivery for external enterprise customers as their primary point of contact, not coordinate internal engineering roadmaps.\nNot a project coordinator role: You’ll own scope, schedule, risk, and customer outcomes end to end, not just track tasks \nNot a remote role: You’ll work from our Palo Alto office 2 days per week and travel to customer sites up to 20-30% of the time\nWhat you'll love: \nComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% coverage for employees and 80% for their spouses and children \nHealth Reimbursement Account (HRA): 100% funded by AiDASH to cover medical deductibles \n401(k) Plan: Begin contributing after two months of employment to prepare for your future.
