Mirth Connect / NextGen Connect strongly preferred (Rhapsody, Cloverleaf or Corepoint acceptable) (required)\n- Experience in a regulated medical device environment (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485) and with ITIL practices (preferred)\n- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customer IT, interface analysts and clinical stakeholders, including in escalated situations (required)\n- Working knowledge of DICOM, including how HL7 order data maps to DICOM attributes and modality worklist (required)\n- Imaging informatics credential such as CIIP or PARCA (preferred)\n- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required)\n- Experience with FHIR R4 and IHE profiles (SWF, PIR, XDS) (preferred)\n- Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance\n- Follows all local, regional and country laws concerning employment\n- Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner\n- Follows data privacy, compliance, safety and confidentiality standards at all times\n- Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems\n- Practices universal safety precautions\n- Promotes good public relations on the phone and in person\n- Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, visitors, and vendors\n- Follows all DeepHealth policies and procedures\n- Reports to work regularly as scheduled;
