Join DeepHealth as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our AI-integrated software applications. You will take ownership of the reliability of cloud components deployed at client sites, define and monitor service level objectives, develop automation tools, and lead incident response efforts. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, mentor and onboard engineers, and implement secure infrastructure configurations. This position requires strong technical leadership, proficiency in cloud-based environments, and a deep understanding of software development practices.
Missions
- Assurer la fiabilité, la disponibilité et la performance des applications logicielles de DeepHealth, en prenant en charge la fiabilité des composants cloud déployés chez les clients.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des outils et des processus d'automatisation pour éliminer le travail répétitif et rationaliser le déploiement, la surveillance et les opérations de réponse aux incidents.
- Diriger la réponse aux incidents, mener des post-mortems sans blâme et conduire la mise en œuvre d'actions correctives et préventives.
Profil recherché
- Strong knowledge of networking and security best practices- Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge of software development practices, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
- Experience with virtualization technologies, automation tools (such as Ansible or Terraform) and with SQL database administration
- Experience with fleet management and GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD)
- Strong proficiency with cloud-based environments (GCP or AWS)
- Significant hands-on experience (7+ years) in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps
- Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Proficiency in containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes and its ecosystem (e.g., Istio, KEDA), and with Linux systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with the medical device industry and the specific requirements for software applications within this domain
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to integrate algorithms into software applications
- Experience with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
