overall workplace experience\n\nPartner with managers to help navigate employee situations with consistency, fairness, and good judgment\n\nPromote a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to employee and manager support\n\nCompliance & Governance\nEnsure People practices align with labor regulations, internal policies, and operational best practices\n\nMaintain strong standards around employee documentation and sensitive people processes\n\nPartner with Legal and Finance teams where needed\n\nRequirements\n8+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People Experience, including 3+ years in people leadership roles\n\nExperience leading or scaling People Operations / People Experience functions in international, fast-growing, or evolving environments\n\nStrong background in employee relations, people partnership, HR operations, and manager support\n\nExperience improving processes, workflows, and People systems, with the ability to bring structure and operational clarity to growing organizations\n\nStrong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills\n\nOperationally strong with a systems-thinking mindset and a practical, hands-on approach\n\nComfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and change management\n\nData-informed, detail-oriented, and comfortable using insights to drive improvements\n\nFluent
