工作职责 / Responsibilities

-承担云上百度及AI项目的研发工作，包括但不限于

-负责混合云平台业务端API开发/文档编写

-负责电商系统、企业组织、API网关等基础产品的技术设计、编码及单元测试

-负责混合云平台性能优化，如慢sql优化等

-参与技术调研，难点问题的分析与解决

-负责AI产品的设计及开发，如Prompt调优等

职责要求 / Requirements

-本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业

-数据结构和算法基础扎实，熟悉操作系统、网络、数据库相关知识

-了解常用设计模式，熟悉J2EE相关编程和框架，如Spring Boot，mybatis等

-对OOAOODOOP等思想有深入的理解，熟悉UML设计

-优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满激情

-渴望技术创新，渴望用技术改变世界

-良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力

-有一定项目经验，熟悉软件工程开发流程

-熟悉Java/Python，有Python开发经验者优先

-了解大模型相关应用技术，有AI应用开发经验者优先
