工作职责 / Responsibilities

-提炼产品价值并有效传递：吃透库库AI企业版能力矩阵（多 Agent、技能生态、连接器、企业知识库等），提炼差异化价值主张; 面向不同行业/规模客户输出分层话术与价值案例，主导官网、落地页、白皮书、案例等营销内容，让"AI 怎么帮企业省成本、提效率"一句话说清

-搭建获客转化漏斗，协同多方完成增长：设计迭代"曝光 → 点击 → 留资 → 培育 → 商机"漏斗; 作为增长枢纽联动 SEM、新媒体、内容、社群、活动、销售对齐目标与节奏，持续优化投放物料与留资路径，建立线索流转与归因机制让预算产出可追溯

-对企业版线索数负责：以企业版线索数为第一指标，拆解渠道目标与执行计划; 搭建线索看板定期复盘量级、结构、CPL、渠道贡献与转化瓶颈; 与销售建立线索交接反馈闭环，反推前端获客策略持续提升有效线索占比

-对品牌知名度与覆盖率负责：与协作伙伴规划并落地库库AI企业版品牌建设，持续提升目标客群中的品牌认知与触达覆盖

职责要求 / Requirements

-强 AI Sense + GTM 经验：懂 AI 办公 / Agent / 大模型产品，能判断客户价值点; 有 AI 办公、SaaS 或协同工具类 To B 产品的 GTM 实战经验

- 漏斗与增长能力：独立搭建过获客转化漏斗，熟悉 SEM、新媒体、内容等各类 toB/toP 获客渠道的玩法与成本结构

-扛数 + 协作：有"对线索数 / 商机数负责"的履历，用数据说话、用复盘驱动决策; 能在跨团队（市场 + 销售 + 产研）推动协作、拿到结果
