工作职责 / Responsibilities

-负责供应商信用与评测平台产品规划，建设真实性验证、能力评测、质量评价、信用评分、评级及风险管理等核心能力

-设计供应商能力与信用评价体系，梳理评测指标、评分规则、评级标准及风险识别机制

-负责供应商统一接入、自动化评测、性能测试、评测数据及供应商画像等产品设计，推动评测流程标准化、自动化

-与算法、数据及研发团队协作，将评测模型、信用评分、风险识别及评级策略转化为可配置、可运营的产品能力

-分析供应商评测、履约及风险数据，持续优化评价指标和信用体系，推动评价结果在供应商管理和业务决策中的应用

职责要求 / Requirements

-3 年以上平台型、企业服务、风控、数据或 AI 产品经验，有复杂平台产品建设经验优先

-具备较强的业务抽象、指标体系及数据分析能力，有信用评价、风控、供应商管理或质量评测经验优先

-熟悉 AI/大模型相关业务，对 LLM、Token、模型评测、AI Gateway 等概念有一定理解

-熟悉产品规划、需求分析、PRD 设计及项目推进，能够独立负责复杂产品模块

-对 AI/大模型、模型评测、Benchmark、自动化测试等有一定了解，有相关产品经验优先

-具备较强的跨团队协作能力，能够与后端、数据、算法团队共同推动产品落地
