工作职责 / Responsibilities
- 参与自然语言处理、计算机视觉、语音合成（TTS）、聊天对话系统、图像生成算法、LLM 预训练等前沿技术调研与系统研发
- 协助改进产品，落地算法应用
- 研发方向包括但不限于，自然语言处理、语音合成（TTS）、机器学习、CV 等算法方向
- 参与相关算法技术落地工作，以行业领先为目标，满足业务产品使用规模化需求，影响千万客户并创造实用价值
职责要求 / Requirements
- 研究生及以上学历，计算机相关专业
- 热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于： Python、Java、C/C++等
- 掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识
- 有优秀的逻辑分析能力，有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力
- 实习时间至少3个月，6个月以上优先
