-负责百度云资源运营平台解决方案的设计、实现，支撑大规模云资源的高效流转与安全运行
-负责百度云资源供给、运营、IDC稳定性运维等场景用户需求的实现，通过现有技术去形成解决方案
-参与平台级系统架构优化，持续提升系统在高并发、高可用、高扩展性场景下的稳定性与性能，支撑业务规模持续增长
-与产品、运维、业务团队深度协作，推动复杂需求落地，提升整体研发与运维效率
-关注云计算、AlOps、智能运维等前沿方向，探索Al在资源运营、异常检测、容量预测等场景的应用，并推动工程化落地
职责要求 / Requirements
-本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3年及以上后端研发经验
-熟练掌握Java语言，对语言特性、并发模型、性能优化有深入理解，具备良好的编码习惯
-精通Java 主流开发框架（如Spring /Spring Boot等），具备扎实的RESTful APl设计与实现经验
-熟练使用MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常用中间件，理解其在高并发与分布式场景下的设计与取舍
-对高可用架构、分布式系统设计、系统稳定性保障有实践经验，能独立分析和解决复杂系统问题
-具备良好的沟通与推动能力，能够在多角色协作中推动事情落地
-对云计算、Al/AlOps、资源或供应链相关业务有理解或实践经验者优先
