工作职责 / Responsibilities

-优化智能呼返主模型与Uplift基座建设，熟悉并进行因果森林/DRCFR/DESCN等模型迭代，优化补贴钱效

-优化RCT实验与AB测试分流策略，实现ODTP缓存机制与动态折扣分配。lambda求解器多周期优化与仿真系统开发

-构建多维度特征工程体系，包含价敏特征、长效特征及KL散度筛选方法，优化Embedding框架与高阶特征组合

-构建AARRR全链路增长算法体系，实现端内各复杂场景dnn模型接入与迁移学习搭建

-设计统一RCT实验链路，打通端内外用户ID体系与预估目标对齐，优化CAC/LTV目标刻画

-落地强化学习机制与PMF决策框架，优化ROI提升与预算节约，探索定价-增长链路迁移学习

-完成多对多派单引擎价值层建设，eg司机行为模型(热力图预估)，用户行为模型(完单率预估)等

-构建KM/GS匹配算法与自适应匹配策略，实现分单策略优化与连环派单效率提升

-开发环境仿真模拟系统与强化学习决策框架，支撑预期等待时间优化与红包/赔付等抓手探索

职责要求 / Requirements

-模型设计与优化：精通机器学习/深度学习主流框架(如TensorFlow/PyTorch)，掌握因果推断、强化学习、迁移学习等核心算法原理; 具备模型鲁棒性提升、过拟合风险控制及特征工程全流程实操能力，能通过特征筛选、Embedding优化及高阶组合特征挖掘提升模型效果

-实验设计与评估：熟悉RCT实验设计、AB测试分流策略及离线/在线评估体系构建，掌握多实验组并行实验、指标监控与效果分析方法，能通过实验结果快速迭代优化算法策略

-系统架构能力：理解分布式计算、高并发处理及实时数据流处理架构，具备模型部署、AB测试平台搭建及数据可视化(如matplotlib/seaborn)能力，能设计可扩展的算法架构以适应业务动态变化
