For more details regarding our benefits, visit: aiedu.org/careers\nStart date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, though there is some flexibility.\nYour Responsibilities:\nPartner Cultivation and Relationship Management\nSupport the external affairs team in managing relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem: community-based organizations, research institutions, advocacy organizations, school districts, policy partners, and field-level peer organizations and thought leaders\nMaintain partner contact databases, communication logs, and engagement histories so relationship continuity doesn't live in anyone's inbox\nDraft partner communications, meeting prep materials, and follow-up summaries\nTrack the partner pipeline - relationship stage, engagement type, next steps, and cross-functional ownership - and keep it current\nSupport outreach to new partner types as the engagement model expands, including research institutions, advisory committees, and thought partners invited to sit on working groups or field-level bodies\nCommunity Event Coordination\nServe as the operational lead for confirmed community engagements across all formats: vibecoding workshops, student voice forums, and family and parent engagement events\nManage event timelines, partner logistics, facilitator prep materials, and internal stakeholder communication for each engagement\nCoordinate with the programs team to surface student participants, Trailblazer Fellows, and district relationships that feed into events; support the handoff process when engagements originate inside active programmatic partnerships\nEnsure every event has a documentation plan - coordinating with comms on content capture and transferring quotes, photos, and participant reflections after each event\nTrack the full engagement calendar, surfacing conflicts, gaps, and opportunities\nAdvocacy and Research Engagement\nCoordinate aiEDU's participation in policy briefings and advocacy convenings - scheduling, preparing talking points and leave-behind materials, and tracking follow-through\nManage communications and project timelines for research partnerships with external institutions\nSupport aiEDU's presence on external advisory committees and field-level working groups: scheduling, prep, notes, and follow-through on commitments\nTrack relevant committees, coalitions, and thought partner bodies where aiEDU should have a seat and flag opportunities to the external affairs lead\nSystems and Infrastructure\nBuild and maintain the operational systems that make ecosystem engagement repeatable: facilitation guides, partner intake processes, engagement calendars, and post-event documentation workflows\nDocument lessons learned after each engagement and feed them back into format and process improvement\nMaintain a facilitation toolkit for each engagement format so any trained facilitator can deploy without building from scratch\nAbout You \nBefore reading, please remember that there is no such thing as a \"perfect\" candidate.
