The ideal candidate should combine strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing with technical expertise in VIM configuration, workflows, integrations, and ABAP troubleshooting.\n\nKey Skill Combination: OpenText VIM + SAP FICO/MM + AP + VIM Workflow + ICC/OCR + ABAP Debugging + L3 Support\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide L3 support for OpenText VIM integrated with SAP FICO/MM.\nConfigure and troubleshoot VIM workflows, ICC/OCR, DP Document Processing, invoice validation, and approval workflows.\nSupport end-to-end AP, Vendor Invoice, and Procure-to-Pay processes.\nTroubleshoot VIM-SAP integration issues involving IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BTEs, and User Exits.\nPerform ABAP debugging and support VIM enhancements and custom developments.\nAnalyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.\nCollaborate with SAP FICO, MM, AP, Procurement, and technical teams.\nSupport testing, releases, upgrades, and S/4HANA VIM migration/enhancement activities.\nMaintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.\nProvide knowledge transfer and mentorship to L1/L2 support teams.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n3+ years of OpenText VIM experience with strong SAP FICO/MM integration knowledge.\nStrong understanding of AP, Invoice Processing, and Procure-to-Pay processes.\nHands-on experience with VIM workflows, ICC/OCR, DP Document Processing, and invoice approval workflows.\nStrong troubleshooting experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BTEs, and ABAP debugging.\nExperience with VIM configuration, enhancements, and custom developments.\nStrong L3 production support and incident management experience.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, or similar ITSM tools.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nOpenText VIM and/or SAP FICO certification.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA VIM implementation or
