The role involves providing technical leadership, establishing reporting standards, developing complex reports and dashboards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing reporting solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead Workday Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives and establish enterprise reporting best practices.\n\n- Design and maintain scalable reporting solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational reporting standards.\n\n- Develop complex calculated fields and advanced reporting solutions to support business operations and decision-making.\n\n- Create and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports within Workday.\n\n- Design executive dashboards and Discovery Boards to provide actionable business insights.\n\n- Establish reporting governance standards, documentation practices, and quality controls.\n\n- Optimize report performance, troubleshoot reporting issues, and improve report efficiency.\n\n- Review report security, security domains, and data access controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies.\n\n- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.\n\n- Support Workday semi-annual releases by assessing reporting impacts, testing changes, and implementing required updates.\n\n- Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and provide technical guidance to the reporting team.\n\n- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, data accuracy, and enterprise analytics.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- Strong experience in Workday Reporting and enterprise reporting solutions.\n\n- Expertise in Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Trending Reports.\n\n- Hands-on experience developing complex Workday Calculated Fields.\n\n- Experience designing Discovery Boards, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.\n\n- Strong understanding of Workday Security Domains, report security, and data governance.\n\n- Experience in report optimization, performance tuning, and reporting standards.\n\n- Knowledge of reporting governance, quality assurance, and documentation practices.\n\n- Experience supporting Workday releases, report testing, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.\n\n- Knowledge of Payroll reporting and related business processes.\n\n- Experience in the healthcare industry.\n\n- Workday Pro Reporting Certification or
