Responsibilities

At AIG, we are constantly working to ensure that all employees have the training and skills they need to have a rewarding and successful career. Designed with that commitment at its core, our two-year rotational program provides a platform for Early Career participants to launch their careers by completing four 6-month rotations across different Finance teams. Through a range of approaches, including innovative learning and technical training, performance assessments, formalized mentoring, exposure to senior leaders, engagement with analysts, interns and program alumni,team building activities,and networking receptions our Early Career program offers unparalleled development opportunities for our diverse early careertalent.

The Finance function consists of a variety of teams with an array of responsibilities, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting & Controllership,Investor Relations, Tax, Operations, Internal Audit, Investments, Data Management, and Treasury.

Example Finance responsibilities may include:

• Provide key reporting and analytics support, review business performance, driveplanningand forecasting efforts, and build operating budgets
• Perform controllership activities that deliver required AIGconsolidatedfinancial reporting, provide tax advisory, planning, accounting, compliance, and analytics for all types of taxes
• Improvefinancial managementsystems and information, contribute to process improvement or savings initiatives, andparticipatein finance projects
• Develop and update reports on capital, forecast, cash flows, funding and liquidity, review business metrics and perform competitive intelligence

Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree to be received no later than June 2027(unofficial transcriptrequiredupon application).

• Finance or Accounting Major (required)

Program Requirements

• Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.

• Analystpositions are in-person opportunities, requiringemployeesto work in the office at least four days per week.

Core Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Abilityto collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excelled in previouswork experience.

• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and a rotational program environment.

• Relevant coursework, internship, or other experience in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting & Controllership, Investor Relations, Tax, Operations, Internal Audit, Investments, Data Management, and Treasury.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an interest in using data and financial information to support business decisions.

• Demonstratedacademic achievement and involvement in extracurricular, leadership, or professional activities.

• Intellectually curious, personable, collaborative, and a self-starter.

• Enthusiastic about the Insurance industry

For applicants in Colorado, Jersey City, and New YorkCitythe base pay range for this position is$62,550-$83,400.
