Join us in Business Intelligence Specialist to take your Business Intelligence and Data Analytic career to the next level with a global market leader.\nMake your mark in Agency Department\n\nThe Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading the Agency Business Intelligence function for AIG Thailand by delivering performance analytics, strategic insights, business planning support, and data-driven recommendations that enable informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.\nThis role serves as a strategic business partner to Agency Leadership and is accountable for driving reporting transformation, data governance, automation, and AI-enabled analytics to enhance productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency across the Agency organization.\nHow you will create an impact\n\nBusiness Intelligence & Performance Management\nLead the Agency Business Intelligence roadmap and ensure alignment with Agency business strategy and growth objectives.\nProvide analytical insights and performance management support across key Agency metrics, including recruitment, activation, retention, productivity, persistency, and profitability.\nMonitor business performance trends and identify opportunities and risks through data-driven analysis.\nStrategic Planning & Forecasting\nSupport annual business planning, budgeting, target setting, forecasting, and scenario analysis activities.\nProvide analytical support for strategic initiatives, business reviews, and executive decision-making.\nDeliver actionable business insights to improve growth, productivity, and profitability.\nReporting & Analytics Transformation\nDevelop and enhance executive dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and management reporting.\nDrive reporting automation, dashboard modernization, and process optimization initiatives.\nPromote the adoption of AI-enabled analytics and self-service reporting capabilities.\nData Governance & Knowledge Management\nEstablish and maintain data governance standards, data quality controls, reporting documentation, and knowledge management practices.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business intelligence outputs and reporting processes.\nStakeholder Management & Team Leadership\nPartner with Agency, Finance, Product, Operations, Technology, Data, and regional stakeholders to support business priorities and strategic initiatives.\nLead strategic analytics projects, business performance reviews, and executive presentations.\nLead, coach, and develop the Business Intelligence team to strengthen analytical capability and business partnership effectiveness.\nCompensation Management Support\nProvide analytical support and governance for agency compensation calculations and campaign performance monitoring.\nEnsure accurate and timely reporting to support compensation-related business processes and decision-making.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed\nBachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.\nExperience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Sales Analytics, or related functions.\nExperience leading analytical, reporting, or business intelligence teams.\nExperience within insurance, financial services, banking, consulting, or distribution-focused organizations preferred.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.\nStrong technical skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.\nKnowledge of data management, automation, cloud-based analytics, AI, or advanced analytics solutions is an advantage.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and project execution capabilities.\nFluency in Thai and business proficiency in English.\nReady to make a bigger impact?
