The Director, Global Pricing & Financial Operations is a key leadership role within AIG Global Warranty Services responsible for pricing strategy, financial planning, reporting, and operational execution across AIG's global warranty portfolio. This position partners closely with client-facing teams and business leaders to support profitable growth, product launches, pricing integrity, and scalable global operations.
How you will create an impact
- Partner with clients, account teams, and business leaders to develop pricing strategies that support growth, profitability, and new business opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and implement pricing models for new and existing programs across global markets.
- Lead pricing reviews, client pricing discussions, and implementation activities supporting new program launches and business expansion.
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, profitability assessments, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor program performance and produce management reporting, performance metrics, and portfolio insights.
- Establish pricing controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Information Technology, and Actuarial teams to improve reporting, automation, and operational scalability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and present recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, analytics, operations, consulting, or related business disciplines.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, pricing strategy, forecasting, accrual management, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools preferred.
- Experience managing rate reviews, new product introductions, and business solution implementations.
- Strong project management skills with experience using Agile, or similar methodologies and Jira project management tools.
