It’s an opportunity to grow your skills and experience as a valued member of the team.\nThe Global Account Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across the global account portfolio. Reporting to the AVP, Global Account Manager, this role is responsible for meeting our client commitments, managing key components of new program launches, and supporting growth initiatives.\nThis role sits within account management but operates across functions, driving alignment, accountability, and progress across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. This role ensures that strategic priorities and client commitments are translated into clear, executable plans and delivered successfully across the organization.\nWe are seeking an individual who can operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and effectively coordinate across teams, while also developing the materials and analysis needed to support decision-making.\nHow You Will Create an Impact\n\nPartner directly with the Global Account Manager to support execution of key account initiatives, including program launches, customer experience, expansions, and operational changes across multiple markets\nTranslate business development strategies and client commitments into clear action plans with defined owners, timelines, and dependencies\nTrack progress, identify risks, and proactively drive resolution of issues\nHave a strong understanding of the different regulatory market requirements\nExperience building business cases, summaries, and structured reporting\nServe as the central point of coordination across legal, underwriting, claims, finance, product, and IT to align on priorities and deliverables\nEnsure teams are coordinated and informed, with clear expectations and timelines\nEscalate and help resolve blockers impacting delivery\nCommunicate with client counterparts to maintain alignment on timing and deliverables\nBring structure to how initiatives are tracked and executed across the account (timelines, trackers, dependencies)\nMaintain documentation and working files to support transparency and continuity across initiatives\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working\nLearn pricing and P&Ls to ensure track efficiencies and measure post launch success\nSupport preparation for internal and client-facing updates, including QBRs and executive readouts\nTrack KPIs and understand how we measure success across our different programs\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\n3-5 years of experience in account management, operations, program delivery, or similar roles within complex environments\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nAbility to operate independently and drive progress without constant direction\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\nExperience in insurance, warranty, or service contract programs is preferred\nExperience supporting global or multi-market initiatives is preferred\nAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
