Executes the technology delivery work in accordance with Delivery Standards and Metrics. Collaborates with the Business Leads and other key stakeholders to deliver the workstream/project/program. Drives Systems Integration Partners and Vendors in delivering technology solutions.\nScope and Change Control Management: Maintains consistency between the baseline scope and estimates. Follows agreed change control process and participates in the end-to-end change control board. Ensures initiative adhere to the Managed Delivery principles.\nCost Estimations and Accountability: Provides estimates and proactively manages the scope, provides appropriate financial inputs into PMO and Finance.\n Delivery Quality Assurance (QA) Process: Drives in Delivery QA reviews, internal and external as required, and resolve all critical actions to the agreed timelines.\nProblem Solving: Identifies and resolves the most complex problems/issues/ assignments and identify barriers hindering operations. Responsible for creatively resolving unclear situations utilizing the highest level of expertise and escalating appropriately.\nAutonomy and Decision Making: Sets priorities and/or sequence of task to achieve objectives with little to no oversight.\nLeadership: Provides expertise in planning, developing, and executing business-critical strategic initiatives. Provides guidance and support to junior-level team members.\nKnowledge Expertise: Serves as a Subject Matter Expert to AIG and AIG Stakeholders in a specific technology area.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed\nSignificant experience in Technology Delivery in the Insurance sector. \nExperience of digital trading insurance platforms e.g. Acturis desirable\nIn-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies\nExposure to/experience in Robotic Process Automation desirable\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, multi-task, and be a team player\nAbility to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment\nStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills\nComprehensive knowledge and understanding of principles, procedures, and skills in technology delivery and an advanced understanding of Agile.\nStrong vendor/partner management experience\nAbility to interact with senior business and technology management, and work within a large, matrix organization model\nAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
