Our Operations team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and business partners. By ensuring policy administration activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established service standards, the team supports business growth while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This position will be responsible for managing policy servicing activities, maintaining policy data integrity, and supporting operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.

You will work closely with Underwriting, Distribution, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

How you will create an impact

  • Manage end-to-end policy administration activities, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy servicing requests.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy transactions, premium bookings, policy records, and documentation in accordance with service standards and operational procedures.

  • Partner with Underwriting, Distribution, Finance, and other business teams to support efficient policy servicing and customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy and customer information across relevant systems and platforms.

  • Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Deliver services in accordance with established service levels, performance standards, and operational objectives.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners to resolve operational issues and support seamless service delivery.

  • Support administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1-3 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in Operations, Policy Administration, Policy Servicing, or Customer Service.

  • Experience handling policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and related policy servicing activities.

  • Familiarity with SLA- or KPI-driven environments and quality control processes.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data processing and documentation.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Proficiency in Thai and intermediate-level English.
