By ensuring policy administration activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established service standards, the team supports business growth while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nThis position will be responsible for managing policy servicing activities, maintaining policy data integrity, and supporting operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.\nYou will work closely with Underwriting, Distribution, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.\nHow you will create an impact\nManage end-to-end policy administration activities, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy servicing requests.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of policy transactions, premium bookings, policy records, and documentation in accordance with service standards and operational procedures.\n\nPartner with Underwriting, Distribution, Finance, and other business teams to support efficient policy servicing and customer experience.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date policy and customer information across relevant systems and platforms.\n\nMonitor data quality and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\n\nDeliver services in accordance with established service levels, performance standards, and operational objectives.\n\nSupport process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.\n\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners to resolve operational issues and support seamless service delivery.\n\nSupport administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed\n1-3 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in Operations, Policy Administration, Policy Servicing, or Customer Service.\n\nExperience handling policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and related policy servicing activities.\n\nFamiliarity with SLA- or KPI-driven environments and quality control processes.\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data processing and documentation.\n\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nCustomer-focused with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.\n\nProficiency in Thai and intermediate-level English.\n\nReady to make a bigger impact?
