It is headquartered in London with offices in New York and Singapore.\nHow you will create an impact\nProvide administrative, processing and document production support in respect of the Overseas offices. This key function will ensure that Tax and Premium information is presented accurately in compliance with all applicable regulatory needs for each jurisdiction applicable. Key Financial reporting will be maintained accurately through precise and timely data entry.\n\nEnsure compliance with all legal and Regulatory requirements including Treating Customers Fairly and Contract Certainty.\n\nAssist with the integration of Enterprise Risk (ER) into the Overseas Offices.\n\nAll Premium technicians are encouraged to raise, and help deliver, improvements to all processes, procedures and IT Systems in relation to Processing Services data entry and quality.\n\nThe role will require a good knowledge of the Lloyd’s market and a good understanding of the Insurance / Reinsurance industry. An understanding of all Classes written by the Overseas offices is needed to ensure right first time processing is completed within SLAs.\n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed\nBrokasure Enterprise (Enterprise Risk and Enterprise Accounts) - preferred\n\nXchanging systems including Insurance Portal and Insurance Market Repository - preferred\n\nMicrosoft word, and excel\n\nExcellent communication skills with all levels of staff.\n\nExcellent knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the classes of business written at Talbot.\n\nExcellent IT Skills.\n\nWorking towards the CII exams or equivalent\n\nIT literacy including Microsoft XL, Word and Outlook\n\nAble to learn new IT systems and procedures\n\nReady to take your career to the next level?
