The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague - empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.\nHow you will create an impact\nIndependently underwrite risks and structure complex programs received from Key Broker Partners\n\nMaintain and develop Key Distribution Partnerships.\n\nManage AIG’s underwriting processes and procedures in compliance to the Marine Underwriting Guidelines and Risk Appetite.\n\nProvide guidance and training to junior team members on technical underwriting knowledge.\n\nAssist PCM with regular budgeting process and constant portfolio management and undertake projects and or other duties which may be assigned.\n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed\nA motivated team player with a regional outlook.\n\nProven experience in Marine Cargo underwriting.\n\nKnowledge of Marine Liability products would be advantageous.\n\nStrong negotiation and communication skills with a good eye for details\n\nAbility to work across multiple functions and departments.\n\nGood relationship management skills, and service-oriented focus\n\nAble to understand and execute on the vision and objectives of the department and company.\n\nCompetent in all Windows based Office programs\n\nAn individual who is curious and keen to upskill within a dynamic and growing department.\n\nReady to win together?
