Conduct root-cause analysis on challenges such as early policy surrenders, delayed claims, or low persistency, while also performing customer sentiment analysis to identify satisfaction drivers.\n Reporting & Visualization: \nSupport with building and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query/M Query, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Deliver periodic (monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc reports to management with strong narratives behind the numbers.\nStrategic Business Impact: \nSupport leadership with evidence-based recommendations that improve customer satisfaction, boost loyalty, reduce compliance risks, and enable data-driven decision-making across SBUs.\nCollaboration & Business Engagement: \nPartner with Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, and Finance teams to address business needs, design KPIs, and provide guidance on interpreting dashboards and reports.\nQuality & Assurance: \nUphold high data quality standards through validation and consistency checks, ensuring reliable insights that inform critical business actions.
