Build things that matter.\nAs a full-stack developer, you'll be working closely with the Aikido team.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain backend services in TypeScript/Node.js (plus Python, PHP, and others when needed)\n\nManage AWS and Lambda deployments\n\nSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines\n\nDesign scalable, high-availability systems\n\nPlan, write, and document new features\n\nHandle asynchronous programming and its quirks\n\nOptimize code for speed where it matters\n\nExplore and integrate AI features\n\nRequirements\nComfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment\n\nAble to think along on architectural decisions\n\nWilling to learn new languages when needed\n\nComfortable with hard problems and algorithms (e.g. parsing with ASTs)\n\nWilling to experiment and throw away code\n\nExperience with automated testing and unit tests\n\nSome DevOps experience (CI/CD)\n\nCurious about AI\n\nFluent in English\n\nAble to work from our office in Ghent at least 3 days per week\n\nWhat you can expect\nShort decision lines.
