Build things that matter.\nWe're looking for a Software Engineer focused on runtime security. You'll build new security capabilities for Kubernetes, Linux hosts and cloud environments, research emerging technologies and attack techniques, and ship end-to-end product features together with the product and engineering teams.\nResponsibilities\nBuild end-to-end features across Aikido's cloud security products (CSPM, Kubernetes Security, Cloud Inventory, Reachability and more)\n\nCover Kubernetes, containers, and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, and similar).\n\nShip production-ready user-facing functionality across the entire stack\n\nResearch AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Kubernetes to turn complex cloud concepts into intuitive security features\n\nWork directly with customers to understand real-world cloud security problems and help solve them\n\nCollaborate with the rest of engineering to integrate cloud capabilities into the core Aikido platform\n\nTake ownership of features from idea to production, including testing, documentation and maintenance\n\nRequirements\nStrong software engineering experience with Go (or another backend language and willingness to learn Go)\n\nExperience building production software, not just operating infrastructure\n\nComfortable working across the stack when a feature requires it\n\nSolid understanding of at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)\n\nExperience with Kubernetes and modern cloud-native architectures\n\nCurious enough to research unfamiliar cloud services and quickly turn that knowledge into product features\n\nComfortable discussing technical problems directly with customers\n\nReally comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment\n\nWilling to experiment, iterate quickly, and occasionally throw code away\n\nMid-level to Senior: we're growing fast and need people who can own features independently\n\nFluent in English and able to work within the CEST timezone\n\nWhat you can expect\nShort decision lines.
