Build things that matter.\nAs our Customer Success Engineer, you’ll work directly with our customers to help them get real value from the platform. This isn’t a passive support role. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, you’ll be hands-on and digging into technical workflows, helping teams solve problems, and making sure Aikido becomes a core part of how they manage security.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with customers post-sale to get them up and running quickly\n\nHelp teams understand and navigate Aikido across code → cloud → runtime\n\nDebug issues, investigate workflows, and unblock customers when things don’t work as expected\n\nProactively identify risks and help customers get back on track\n\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to developers, security teams, and technical stakeholders\n\nShare product feedback and customer insights directly with our product and engineering teams\n\nRequirements\n3-7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles\n\nStrong technical curiosity, you’re comfortable digging into workflows and figuring things out\n\nExperience working with developers, security teams, or technical products\n\nClear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply\n\nProactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment\n\nWhat you can expect\nShort decision lines.
