Build things that matter.\nAs a full-stack developer, you’ll be working closely with the Noon team at Aikido. Noon is our new workforce security product, protecting people from AI-powered attacks such as phishing, malware and deepfakes. It brings together email protection, device protection, AI governance, and attack simulations and training in one platform. You’ll help build the core of it from an early stage.\nResponsibilities\nWrite modular, testable, and efficient code using TypeScript, Node.js (Fastify) and React.\n\nBuild and maintain APIs and data models on PostgreSQL.\n\nDesign and implement high-availability applications.\n\nDiscover, plan, write, document and maintain new features.\n\nUnderstand the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.\n\nUnderstand the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.\n\nOptimize the product code for speed where required.\n\nRequirements\nReally comfortable in a very entrepreneurial environment\n\nStrong problem-solver who learns fast and adapts\n\nCan think along with architectural and impactful decisions\n\nWilling to learn new languages when the product requires it (Rust or Go is a bonus)\n\nComfortable researching and tackling hard problems and algorithms (e.g. parsing)\n\nWilling to experiment (and also willing to perhaps throw away some code)\n\nMedior to Senior:\nWe are going fast and need experienced people that can hit the ground running with us.\n\nYou need to be comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript and React.
