Build things that matter.\nAs part of Professional Services, you’ll own the successful delivery of Aikido for US customers with more complex requirements. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong project management to coordinate all parties involved and get customers live, enabled, and successful.\nResponsibilities\nOwn projects from kickoff through successful delivery.\n\nManage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.\n\nCoordinate technical delivery across the customer, Aikido, and other stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate hardware dependencies where relevant.\n\nDeliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation.\n\nIdentify blockers early and drive them to resolution.\n\nRequirements\nStrong technical background with enterprise software and APIs.\n\nExcellent project management skills for complex implementations.\n\nAble to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nHighly organized, pragmatic, and comfortable managing multiple projects.\n\nComfortable in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.\n\nWhat you can expect\nShort decision lines.
