Build things that matter.\nAs our Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll make sure Aikido stays fast, reliable, and scalable as we grow. You’ll own critical infrastructure across AWS, databases, observability, and production operations.\nResponsibilities\nHelp us scale our systems as Aikido grows.\n\nHelp us stay online and keep production reliable.\n\nWork across many different technologies and parts of our stack.\n\nFind and fix reliability and performance problems before they become problems for customers.\n\nAutomate repetitive operational work wherever possible.\n\nJump in when things break, figure out what happened, and make sure it doesn’t happen again.\n\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar.\n\nStrong experience running production systems in AWS.\n\nComfortable working with databases, networking, containers, and observability.\n\nAble to troubleshoot complex problems across different technologies.\n\nStrong automation skills and a bias toward fixing things properly.\n\nPragmatic, hands on, and comfortable owning systems that need to stay up.\n\nWhat you can expect\nShort decision lines.
