This position will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, a premium employee experience and implementing programs & processes to ensure the successful visual operation of the first London flagship. \n Duties & Responsibilities \nAssist in implementing all visual merchandising strategy at the flagship.\nEnsuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, calendar and target market. \nAssisting in sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays. \nInstalling and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose. \nChanging displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes. \nEnsuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations. \nWork closely with Retail/Planning/Merchandising/Ops teams to understand inventory levels and strategy when creating floor sets as well as shop replenishment/send backs. \nHave an in-depth understanding of each of our retail locations in terms of high velocity areas, conversion in different areas of the store, etc. \nResearching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy. \nHelping customers in the store in a professional manner. \nQualifications \nA minimum of 1+ years experience in Visual Merchandising \nExperience and ability to lead the delivery of high level customer service \nAbility to work independently and as a team \nIncredible attention to detail with the ability to interpret data \nAbility to work flexible hours for operational needs \nExperience in the fashion industry preferred \nExcellent communication, collaboration skills as well as good decision-making abilities in high pressure situations \nStrong leadership partnered with an outstanding work ethic \nSalary Range: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour \nAimé Leon Dore is from Queens, NY.
