The primary role is oversight of the day-to-day site operation and support of the Program Manager. To role model AIMED’s Core Values and mission. Maintain organized files, site compliance, and cleanliness. The Supervisor is expected to implement the Medical and Behavioral Emergency Plan, document incidents, and direct staff on how to enter incidents into Therap. This role requires hands-on ADL support.\nAvailable Shift!\nMonday through Friday (6:00 AM -2:00 pm)\nStrong background working with individuals with Autism and/or Mental Health\nWorkday with the Participant/Residential Advisor/Direct Care Support (DS):\nCommunity Integration: Providing transportation in the community, jobs, fun social activities, doctor’s appointment.\nPersonal Care: Depending on the participant’s needs, you may have to assist with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Making sure the participant maintains good healthy hygiene.\nBuilding Skills and a positive relationship with the participant:Helping and teaching daily life skills according to their goals to support independence\nMedication Administration:Manage and administer medications.\nHousehold Support:Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes), meal preparation, and grocery shopping, making sure walkways are cleared/snow/leaves.\nSupervision of residential direct care staff.\nScheduling and assuring that all shifts are covered.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nNavigating through Challenges:\nParticipant’s Behavior: Non-Verbal, Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED) Impulsive, Impulse Disorder, Autistic, NeuroDiversion. The requires a person to have patience during unpredictable moments and resilience to have situation with love, kind, and compassionate attitude. Following safety protocols and the agency’s policy and making sure the participant is healthy and safe.\nDocumentation and Compliance:\nResponsible for administering and documenting medication according to the regulations and becoming a practicum observer.\nResponsible for reporting incidents or neglect to the Program Manager\nResponsible for attending ISP meetings and following the participants’ individual service plan (ISP). Tracking and documenting the participant’s progress.\nResponsible for making you attend mandatory training and site team meetings.\nResponsible for preparing for site inspections and/or monitoring by County and/or state officials.\nResponsible for making sure the RA/DSP follow ODP regulations, agency policies, and procedures. Residential and fiscal regulations are followed within the residential department.\nResponsible for reporting maintenance issues to the Operation Manager.\nResponsible for making sure the petty cash is handled in compliance with the regulations.\nResponsible for understanding the 6400 & 3800 regulations.\nUnderstanding Therap and assisting new hires with login problems and entering incidents.\nThe Rewards:\nSincere association with the participant(s):\nBuilding a trust working relation with boundaries with the participant.\nThe excitement of see the participant (s) reach their goal(s).\nDynamic Work:\nEvery workday is different and you will enjoy the unique personality of our participant (s) that you work with, and the staff.
