We connect skilled clinicians with campuses that need them, and we handle the logistics so you can focus on students.\nThe Role\nAIM is seeking a Texas-licensed LPC to provide counseling as a related service for students receiving special education services. You'll work directly with students, campus staff, and families to deliver IEP-driven counseling, and you'll be an active member of ARD committees.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver individual and group counseling to students according to their IEP service schedules\nWrite measurable counseling goals and objectives, and report progress on them each grading period\nAttend and participate in ARD committee meetings (initial, annual, review, and REED), presenting counseling recommendations, service minutes, and progress data\nContribute counseling information to FIIEs, reevaluations, and counseling assessments\nConsult with teachers, diagnosticians, SPs, and administrators on behavior, social-emotional needs, and BIPs\nComplete session notes and service logs within 2 business days of each session, meeting district and SHARS documentation requirements\nMaintain confidentiality in line with FERPA, IDEA, and Texas licensure standards\nSupport crisis response following district protocols\nQualifications\nCurrent, active LPC license in good standing with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council\nExperience in a school or with children and adolescents, preferably in special education\nWorking knowledge of IDEA, the Texas ARD process, and IEP development\nStrong written documentation and time-management skills\nAbility to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting\nReliable transportation to assigned campuses\n A plus: bilingual (Spanish/English); experience with students with emotional disturbance, autism, or behavioral needs\nContract Details\nPay: Commensurate with experience\nSchedule: Hours/week during the school year, on the district calendar\nLocation: Fort Worth area\n Classification: Independent contractor (1099).
