You are a skilled communicator who can help our teams demonstrate and articulate a project’s progress and overall value that Aimpoint brings to a client.\nAs a Program Manager, you will be expected to be a trusted advisor and advocate for the PMO, overseeing programs comprised of multiple projects, and reinforcing delivery best practices. You will collaborate closely with the various practices within Aimpoint providing ownership and support on both client engagements and internal projects.\nSpecific technical qualifications as follows:\n5+ years leading technical delivery in consulting/professional services, including multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams. \nProven ability to translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes and executive-ready communication. \nExperience delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments; able to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and analytics leaders. \nStrong program governance and delivery management skills: integrated plans, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation paths. \nFluency across Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery;
